General Terms and Conditions
Prices
All prices are stated including the VAT of 19 % plus shipping costs.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs within Germany amount to € 5,95 (incl. VAT) per order.
For all orders to EU countries shipping costs amounting to € 9,95 are invoiced.
Acceptance of Orders
We reserve our right to not accept orders. If an order will not be carried out, you will be informed about that.
Invoicing & Payment
We deliver solely by cash in advance. The transfer can be carried out via PayPal.
Sale or Return
You can return your products within 14 days without any specification of the reasons by sending back the order. The deadline for the return starts with the written information about the sale or return, but not earlier than the day of the delivery. Only in the case of non shipping goods, you are allowed to annonce your desire to return as a written announcement (e.g. letter or email). In order to meet the return deadline, the on time dispatch of the goods is sufficient. The returned goods will be handled on our costs and risk only within Germany. Outside of Germany the client is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of an effective return, the performances must be rewarded by both parties. We could ask for paid compensation of the value in the case of degradation of the goods. This does not apply, if the degradation of the goods is solely caused by the examination of the goods as it would be usual in a common store. You could avoid the value replacement duty, if you do not use the goods and leave undone any actions, which decrease the value of it. Do not remove any tags, unless you have decided to keep the goods.
Ear jewellery is excluded from return due to hygienic reasons.
Retention of Title
The products will remain in our property until the full payment of the order.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Your data will be solely used and saved for the correct order administration. The administration of your order will be handled via plentyMarkets - a product of the plentySystems GmbH. With recognition of our general terms and conditions, you agree that your data will be just saved and transmitted just for the purpose of the order administration by plentySystems GmbH. Your personal data are handled with confidence and will not be given for commercial use to a third party.
